BTW I'll need the rotary back one day. Gotta start detailing my car again along with the IS.
I think that is bs, you just don't want to do it for him....jk

You can have the rotary back if you ever find that 10mm socket of mine that you misplaced while helping me do a transmission drain and refill.

We should have a detail day this summer. 3 different people with 3 different techniques with 3 different machines on 1 car. I can already imagine how awesome it'll come out.

I didn't need it, but I just wanted to do it since the car needs some form of protection since it is parked outside. It took about 3-4 hours of actual working time. Then I waited 24 hours after the sealant to apply wax.

IIRC Chris's car was the perfect candidate. After all, it was chosen as the guinea pig at the Meguiars meet last year despite being white

I can imagine the car now...couple burns here, couple burns there...oh...hai Chris

He can do a couple of practice runs on my brothers camry to get a feel for it.

Do you guys have a preference for donor car color or are we sneaking over to Chris's house and working on his car without him knowing? lol

I'm down for whatever car as long as it isn't mine. I may have polished past the breaking point so I'm having clearcoat failure at the moment. Needless to say, a repaint is in the future as well since I plan to keep my car

Although, its expected since it was never waxed by the original owner and it was washed with a brillo pad...

Sounds like what happened to my accord except I was the one using the brillo pad + dish washing soap when I was like 10?.
