Default Tear in back of drivers seat

Not sure what happened but I noticed today that there is a large tear to the back of my drivers seat. Anybody have ideas on how to repair this?

I'd take it to a leather & vinyl repair pro. If you have difficulty locating one go to a high-end furniture store and ask who they use. They will make that tear disappear.
