Miguires hot wheels cleaner
#16
Yup, i used the Hot Wheel's cleaner a couple times, gets the dust off and some of the wheel finish off as well if you're not careful. It's pretty cheap but not worth ruining your wheels over the couple of dollar savings.
I stopped using it all together because it's too aggressive and leaves streaks(you guys that have used this cleaner know what i'm talking about) on my driveway unless if i have constant water flowing on the driveway.
I switched to using a spray bottle filled with some soap and water and a wheel brush. Or like others have suggested--> P21s and the S100. I have yet to try it, but as other CL members have said, it is an outstanding and versatile product that's safe.

ok so i decided to use the product... i sprayed one of my lock smice rims and then let it sit for a few seconds.. n quickly pressure washed it off. i notice it picks up the dust quite well.. after that i foam cannoned my whole car n rim to get everything off. hopefully it canceled the acidity of the wheel cleaner.
will i use it again? prolly not.. to much work n waste of water

I guess better follow the instructions rather than regretting at the end.If the precaution say so,it means there will be a negative or undesirable thing will happen if you do it.
