You seem pretty calm about the whole thing. I hate that it had to happen. I've never had to deal with that type of thing, I'd say just to hand pick all the egg shells off the car and hose the rest of the mess off. Don't let it stay on there though, probably not good for the paint

A quick wash is about the best thing. Otherwise, if its already dry, which it sounds like it is, wash, polish thouroughly the area to remove the impurities, then wax.

Dried egg is about one of the worst things for paint; it'll etch the clear coat.

Hate to hear that .... don't let the sun bake it in... it will be hard to or mever get out completely. Wash off, and then buff the car out using a wax that has a cleaning agent built in as well as waxing properties..or take it to a good detail shop.. and they can do that for you.. don't procrastinate..

My car was egged this past december for no reason. I walked down the block to my car to go to an interview and the car had 5 busted eggs on teh driver side. I was FURIOUS. I hurried up to a hand car wash and they got it all off fine. I wasn;t wasting anytime getting a wash, because I have seen what an egg can do to a paint job.

I think the best bet to solve the problem is kinda like hunting deer in a tree stand. Just hide out somewhere and when the culprets strike again, pop out with a paintball gun and let loose. Or even better, build you a spud gun (serch the web, their totaly cool and fun and non leathal) and let them have it.
