Default What do you use to clean your headliner?

My car has been to a few shops the past week and I just noticed I have some dirt smudges on my headliner, any tips for cleaning?

I have the black interior with the greyish tanish headliner. I drive with my windows down almost all the time so my headliner accumulates a lot of dust and dirt. I just take a micro fiber and soak it in warm water, wring it out so it's just damp and then basically just wipe down the headliner as if it were a smooth surface. It seems to work pretty well. I just have to scrub at it a little bit on the b and c pillars as that's where most of the dirt accumulates.

Hmm, be wary of the eraser. Its essentially a very fine sand paper of sorts

diluted woolite is what I use......recommend you use extreme care in cleaning headliners since they are often fragile and you can do more damage than good before you even realize it.

I recommend you use very extreme care in cleaning those headliners. A streamer can work but you might help lossen the glue in there, so it might not work for you. I just very careful in cleaning that area, I been using Blackfire Interior Cleaner with a Microfiber Interior Towel, just spray the towel first and lightly clean it being very careful not to soak the area.
