Smile Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it?

Hoping someone can give me advice on what to do with these strange white spots on my paint. It is mostly on the trunk and top of the car. When running my hands through it, it feels rough when running over it. Is this possible to take out? Please let me know what I need to use to get this off. Thank you in advance.

I think it could be either of our posts. But it definitely looks like etching to me, as well as come clear coat cracking...

You might not be able to. Try claying first, if that doesn't work compound/polish. If it's a little better, but not quite, try wetsanding.
