Default cleaning rim lip

I bought some work wheels, on the lip there are some white cloudy stain along the inside of the lip. It looks like hard water stain, I try using soap and water. Dose anyone know the best way to removing this?

^^ +2.

If that doesn't cut it, hit it first with the P21s Polishing Soap, then follow up with the Finish Restorer.

I bought the P21s Polishing Soap and the Finish Restorer from you guys, on the label of the soap it say not to use on anodized metal. So I just used the Restorer, did it by hand did not remove the stains lip of rim looks the same.

Are those Work T1S Varianza's? If so, the wheel lip is polished and cleared, the centers are anodized and cleared.

If it's clearcoated, you can try a scratch remover, followed by a wax.
