Unhappy Hit a rubber cone in the middle of the road.

alright i have a question...i have no pics cuz the car is in the dealership. anyways i hit a cone in the middle of the road. was going at it with a porsche on the highway. anyways this rubber cone was in the middle of the road right underneath an overpass. i tried to avoid it but it got the passenger side. i stopped to take a glance it doesn't look that bad but i see white marks on the front bumper and on my sideskirts. a lil bit scrape as well. i will show pictures once i get my car back. anyways can this just be polished off or do i have to get it repainted? is there something else i can do? all it left was some white marks from the rubber. thanks in advance for any tips and recommendations.

polish definitely will remove but I would try the clay first. it should remove it as well.

take it to phil since you are in lucky enough to be in NJ. he will be able to work magic on your car. you might also wanna take a look around the shop and pick up a couple items to help with the upkeep of your car.

sorry to hear this.. this happen to me and when i had the opportunity to stop and got out of the car, my heart dropped. i had a long mark going from the front fendor to the rear door. as i walked closer to my car, i noticed i was able to remove this mark by rubbing it off. i guess the rubber from the cone came off onto my car. there were some fine scratches underneath, but nothing that a guy like phil cant get out. best of luck

How bout you trying to buff it out, best to learn and always keep your ride looking great. Also the money and effort pay's itself off in the long run. From what I can see you can polish it off.
