Default Audi S4 Widebody - Paint Correction - PPF Installation

Much like the other one we did early this year.....

This car belongs to another customer that has always brought his cars to the next level, this is a 2002 Audi S4 Avant that was converted to an RS4 using all factory parts coming from Germany. Not sure if he has changed his mod list yet but I believe by the time this is done it will be 600-700 crank hp!

After the body panels were installed it went in for paint....below is what we needed to do

We wrapped:

1. Side skirts
2. Top of rear bumper
3. Full Front bumper
4. Gas Cap
5. Door Handles

The total time this took was 50 hours with the 3 of us, Dan, Tom, and I. Long days and nights to prep this one for H20.

What was done -
Exterior

- Wheels were prepped and cleaned
- Tires were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash and washed down
- Wheel wells were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash
- Wash down and rinsed
- Door jambs were cleaned up
- Clayed
- Dried
- Paint inspected and measured
- Wheel Wells were cleaned and dressed
- Tires dressed
- Masking
- 3 Step Paint correction (Meguiars M105, Menzerna Super Intensive Polish, Menzerna PO85RD)
- Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight
- Applied and Removed Wax
- Rubber and Plastics Treated
- Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
- Exhaust tips cleaned
- Engine detailed

Interior -
- seats were removed
- carpets vac'd

Car Wash - Foaming it down - Rinse - Clay

Paint Measured - Trim masked

Car needed to be finished down - we went with M105, SIP, PO85RD - this was a pretty hard color to show paint defects...

50/50 shots you can tell the paint cleaned up extremely well - again a hard color to show

After

Side skirts were polished out
