Default Paint Matching

I recently had a new rear bumper installed on my 2006 LS430 after someone backed into it and crumpled it. My question is does the entire body paint on the LS430 match (body and bumper)..........because when I got it back from the body shop, the top of the bumper looked to be a little lighter than the rest of the body, in certain lights. The shop said they would do it again but gave my wife a flyer about matching metal and plastic (bumper). I don't know what to go back to him with.....thanks for the help

Generally, the plastic is going to be slightly off than the rest of the car. That's just the way it is. Go out into a parking lot and look at the cars. There's a slight difference in color.

Slight is very minimal at a good shop, most cars I've seen with bumpers with non matching paint had them done at a cheap cost shop.
