I like the smell of the Zaino gloss enhancer myself.

10 years later...

"What's the secret behind Zaino's hold on the polymer sealant market?

Why, it's the bubble gum smell that grown men love!"

Paddy,

Is that the reason why you are still waxing your lady?

Carnuba is great...but doesn't last. Paste wax is great too...until you get a rock in the jar...YIKES.

Zaino is just a perfect polish....that is all..

It goes on fast.
It comes off easy.
It stays long
Clear.
Simple.
Easy to maintain..
ETC...

Default Dallas has a distributor

Dallas has an authorized distributor named Steve Pasztor - I just order via phone, he drops the products off at my house (while I'm at work) and I mail him a check. He's very easy to do business with! You can call him at 972-743-9443.

Klasse is a VERY GREAT product! I used to have to order it from Cali but now it's in the Toyota dealership! I've used it on my '95 ES 300 and after 3 years the car still looked brand new! I used it once before I was on the way to a Dallas race and that's when the EXTREME testing really took place! I flew off a bridge, and dang...the car started to burn...but funny thing is that, the hood, where I usually wax the most b/c of all the bugs, road grimes..etc., was hardly burnt compared to the other parts of the car...doors, side moldings, etc. The wax held pretty well to protect the paint...man! AMAZING! NOW THAT'S EXTREME! I was doing like 135 mph down the 45S when I skidded into an exit at 70 mph and went weeee....down the side bank! So of course the hood was already burning hot, plus the fire, and KLASSE still held pretty well! Now I don't go that fast in the GS anymore b/c one test is enough to prove a lifetime!

John JL

P.S. Who cares if it smells good...it just attracts bugs more! I used to have that problem with Zymol! And it makes you more hungry while waxing!

Hi,
have you guys try the products from the WAX Shop? I have been using their liquid wax product line. It is easy to use and doesn't leave any swirl mark. I am just wondering what do you guys think about them?

I really like Griots Garage Products. My complete review and pics are here--> https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ghlight=Griots

Essentially in my opinion it is best to strip off the old wax completely so you start fresh. Too much wax gives a fogged look to a dark color. Then machine polish, and hand wax. Repeat the waxing in a week. This will last a good long time. I rewax again every 3 months anyway whether it needs it or not. I love the deep black pool of ink appearence my GS has even after 3 years. And oh yeah, a California Duster and then detail spray with a lint free towel keeps her beautiful bewteen hand washings. I dry her with a leaf blower and then a light buffing with a very soft towel. My wife thinks I love the car more than her as I spend more time with it.
