Default Paint chip need some help :/

Okay so my car has this paint chip on the front bumper and I was wondering how I would go about fixing it? Thanks

Wetsand to smooth out the ridges, apply touch up, wetsand again to blend it in. I'd recommend you find someone with experience in the matter. I can recommend you to a few Florida detailers if you want
