Default White car is turning yellow!

EEK, my Pearl SC300 is turning yellow in some places. What can I go to reverse this and make it white again?

Try a DA polisher with light cutting compound and pad to match.

going to have to polish/compound. Seems to be your only option.

Would wet sanding fix it? At this point Ill spend the money to have it done professionally, but I just want to know if its something that can be cleaned or if its too far gone.

you sure its turning yellow and just not a mismatched paint job? i mean it is pearl paint and you get different colors under different sources of light (ie actual sunlight vs artificial light)

was the drivers side ever repainted at some point?

I dont believe so, the door isnt doing it, its only the top half of the fender in the front and the bottm half of the rear, its like its got a point where it starts fading.

Sorry to hear this, it could be a few combinations of things happing to it. Fall out from the past, it was repainted in the dealers yard ( I see it all the time at my local Lexus dealer back lot ) Maybe try a compound to see or see a good paint shop or shops to see what they would say.

you might want to check into it. im going to say it was a bad paint match imo.

Initially I was going to also recommend a clay bar....but as I expected, looking at the pics, the yellowing is very panel specific. If it was really road contamination, the yellowing would be all throughout the car, but it seems to be pinpointed on the panels you posted.

The BEST you can do now, is still try to clay the whole car and at least do a 2 step paint correction hitting it with an aggressive compound and doing a polish. If it doesn't help, then you have a bigger problem that is beyond what a detail can do for your car.
