Default I want that shine back

My paint lost that luster it used to have. What should i do to bring back the shine/that wet look, use a glaze or something else? What products do you recommend I buy.

pics of the car

and here is how it looks after a wash and some spray wax nice deep rich color that i like to see it look this way

It's really hard to tell with these pictures.
But I would use 3M for the removing the swirls and leaving it looking fresh. Use rubbing compound first or a clean clay bar'd surface, follow up with machine polish, glaze it then wax. But if you'd never done it before I recommend you take it to a pro detailer, because you could burn through your paint.
If you want to get rid of haze without very much danger just get Meguiar's Scratch X and apply it by hand then wax, it works well.

If you really want to restore the paint do a full detail on it. In short you'll need to wash, clay, polish, sealant and wax (optional). If you want to do this process by hand here is a great kit that is easy to use:
DI Packages Polish and Protection Starter Kit

If you want outstanding results with the help of a buffer I'd highly recommend the following combination:
DI Packages Polish and Protection Advanced Kit
DI Packages Porter Cable 7424 XP 6.5" Starter Kit

This buffer is very safe and easy to use and will help you work in all of these products except the clay bar and wax because both of them should be done by hand.

To learn more about each step check out our detailing guide or our Ask a Pro Blog.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Get yourself a porter cable as Greg suggested. Safe to use, easy learning curve, and professional results. Maybe expensive to gather up materials, be ready to fork up a few hundred dollars.

One kit that you should look into is our Blackfire Wet-Ice over Fire Reference Shine Kit, a great starter kit to put the shine back on your ride.

it's not just the sealant/wax that will give you the shine you're looking for. it also has a lot to do with the paint prep. like others have said a porter cable would be a good choice.

+1, I would also add Meguiar's M205 polish to help remove the swirl marks/faded paint and restore shine.

hard to tell without looking at your paint in person. but the usual advice is to go least aggressive to most aggressive. rubbing compound is pretty aggressive.
