I'm looking to dump my cheap, generic Kragen's car wash supplies in favor of a wool car wash mitt and a waffle weave towel. Any suggestions as to where I can order them from?

I personally use MF drying towels and I prefer them to the waffle weaves like many pros.
There are lots of great MF drying towels, here are the two I use because I was recommended them by plenty of pros I spoke with:

As far as the wash mit, pretty much anybody from Club Lexus vendors have nice ones.
I hate using mitts and always use a sponge. One of the best sponges available is the Uber sponge sold by Detailers Domain... it's no ordinary sponge:
