so if i want to have my door handles be chrome , how do i go about changing it. Is it just spray it with chrome?. or lot of work involved? thanks
You can spray paint the handles with chrome spray but they are not going to look anything near real chrome. Chrome is a plating that can be applied to both plastics and metals. Real chrome is applied to metal. If you really want them to be chrome you need to take them off and have them chromed at a business that does that.
Ask around about a Chrome Shop that can help you and also check out any local car clubs too who might have use someone and was very happy with their work.
How much would something like that cost? To have 4 door handles chromed (assuming you remove them and deliver them to the chrome shop)? Just wondering....
