What? What about my order? No wonder my order is still showing "shipping pending" for over a week and messages were left without an answer.

I would honestly not worry about it. On their website it says "orders will ship by June 30th".

I'm sad too. I still have the PC and some of the Blackfire products I won from them back in December 2010. My final <<sniff>> order was placed Friday.

It's hard for every Detailing Vendors. Almost all cares the same stuff. Lots of competitions.
