Default stains and spider web like cracks on hood

I have these stains (I think from bird droppings) on my hood and a little on the passenger side fender plus a little spider web like crack near the top part of the hood. My question is can these stains/cracks be detailed out or am I screwed and going to have to have my hood and fender repainted to remove the stains?

that won't be fixed by buffing sorry. The first 2 pics look like etching that may or may not be fixed by wetsanding (I'd get a pro with a paint gauge to do it)

Last one has crazed the clearcoat due to the baking of the crap in the sun. The clearcoat expands in the heat and contracts when it cools but it can't contract around the bird crap so the clear buckles...

You should always remove bird crap asap via the methods already posted in this section.
