Well, how often?
Since I found Pinnacle Souverän and S100, I can easily
wax my RX 300 in less than 30 minutes...So why not, eh?

I haven't waxed my whole car in awhile. I usually wax a portion of the car every time i wash it. Hood one time , top of the car the next , and so on. In a months time i end up waxing the whole car. I just don't have time to spend 2 plus hrs waxing . But i promise to wash and wax the whole car next week. Fully detail it .

Paddy - I swear you have half your hard drive devoted to pics. Funny pic. though. Actually i just looked at my schedule next week and the wash and wax will have to wait till the end of the month.
I remember the times when i use to wash and wax every week . The good ole days.

I'm pretty certifiable when it comes to this stuff. I apply a coat of Z2 or Z5 just about every other night lately (last few months). I've had my pearl GS for 12 days now, and it "only" has 5 coats of Zaino. My black '89 Supercoupe has just over 100 layers of it now, but I show it about 2x a month at various shows. Zaino starts looking pretty amazing at this point.
I'm a detailer by profession BTW, and I guess it's become second nature to me. You think I'd be tired at the end of the day but...
I'll rest when I'm in the grave.

Heheh, Gman, I'll keep your schedule in mind with the next poll. I admit I'll wax my Lexus 2 days in a row. It just seems to achieve more eye-pop. I have even waxed my RX 3 times in a week, but it starts to look so good that people are drawn to it like moths to a flame...drawn to it like the the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel...drawn to it like the light of heaven itself. I can't allow these people near it for fear of them blinding themselves from the reflectivity and my facing numerous lawsuits.

I think for some people, present company included I guess, it's therapeutic and just plain old fun. I just really enjoy being out in the garage, my "domain" as it were. I wouldn't do it too often if it was drudgerous.
Like you said , the stares are worth the time involved IMO, and these cars deserve it too. Cheers Daddy-O.
