there isnt an option for me up there so here is mine. the only people i let smoke in my lex are 1 good friend and my girlfriend...that is it. and neither one of them do itver often. when they do, the windows are all down and the sunroof is open. if its raining,then they dont smoke. my car, my rules.

for some reason, i let my ex gf smoke in my camry with the windows open. I didnt think there would be a problem as i had leather in the car. being stupid i forgot about the headliner. 6 months later i could still smell hints of the smoke in the headliner (have a very sensitive nose when i comes to smoke). Now, NO ONE smokes in the Lex. if you even have thoughts of smoking, i leave you at the next corner.

I smoke in my SC and I let others smoke in the passengers seat also...Rule of thumb in my car is that if you break something you'll pay for it...

I try not to baby my car too much, when I baby my car, ***** happens to it...

I used to smoke all the time in my previous car (1st gen GS). With my 2nd gen GS I smoked only twice when I got really pissed at the traffic and was late. As of Jan 2, I quit smoking and use the patch. I tried quiting before but it was so hard because of the nicotine withdrawal, but the patch helps a lot to stop the cravings. Every once in a while I get the urge to smoke, especially after doing things where I normally smoke (after eating, cleaning or fixing something on my car, in the morning, etc.). When I get these urges I try to clear my mind by doing a brief meditation (concentrating on my breathing and relaxing).

I hope I don't smoke again (I've been smoking for four years). I don't like the fact that I need cigarettes relax and relieve stress. Also, my girlfriend has asthma, my parents will kill me if they know I smoke even though I am in my late 20s, my clothes stink, my throat always has phlegm so I cough a lot, I'm afraid I'll be hooked for the rest of my life, and did I mention I hate needing them to make me relax?

i don't smoke. i guess that's why my friends that do smoke never even think of smoking in it. they've never even asked for permission to smoke in there either.

No way no how....it's a detailer's nightmare...

I have had customers who insisted on removing that "smoke smell" from the car...that is hard....how many stains/ashes are in the car...especially if you have cloth...

I smoke and I smoke in my car. Passengers are allowed to smoke only in the front seat. I DO NOT use my ashtrays. You can usually find me tokin down the I-95. Why the hell u think my windows tinted?

We smoke all the time in the car. However smoking cigs or cigars filled with tobacco is strictly forbidden, too much of a mess. I think the smell of cigs is horrible, and burns would totally suck.

I enjoy a cigar in my ES once every few days, but I don't let others smoke in my car. I am always parked and blow the smoke out the sunroof, and I haven't really noticed a smokey smell in there . I don't use the ashtray.
