Default Optimum No Rinse and Ultimate Quick Wax

I just purchased some Optimum No Rinse (ONR) for use on my car during the winter months. In my normal washing routine after I have dried the car I usually finish it off with some Ultimate Quick Wax to provide additional protection. Can I still use the Ultimate Quick Wax after I've applied the ONR, or ONR made to be used alone?

ONR leaves behind a slight protective layer when dried. What harm would another protective layer do? The more sacrificial layers, the better it is. However, there is a point where it can be detrimental to the protection process. In your case, I think layering will be perfectly fine
