So I have to do a paint correction process on 3 cars this weekend!
These are the cars:
2007 Lexus IS250 - Minor Swirls (Silver; Tungsten Pearl)
2009 BMW 535i - Minor Swirls (Dark Grey)
2006 Mazda 3 - Moderate Oxidation, Heavy Swirls (Black)
I already have a DA polisher with pads, I don't know which compound is the best?
I'm stuck between Ultimate Compound or Meguiars 105 and 205?
Any options, I really don't wanna spend too much! Thanks for any imput!

Depending on the condition of the cars, three in a weekend might be overly optimistic. Considering you need to wash and clay prior to polishing and that you will then still need to wax them, you could be biting off more that you can chew if you are working alone. The black Mazda is going to be the most challenging.
Besides the products you mentioned, another option that works really well would be a Meg's MF starter kit which comes with the MF pads, a cutting compound (D300) and a finishing polish/wax (D301), This works fast and in just two steps. It is about 30%-50% faster than the 105/205/wax route, IME.
UC cuts nearly as well as 105 and finishes nearly as well as 205 so it is an option. All three also work well with the MF pads I mentioned. The 105/205 is usually only available via mail order and in quart sizes with is a lot of product for just three cars. UC is less expensive and available almost anywhere, even Walmart.
I typically use the MF system these days and follow with a coat of Ultimate Wax. I've not tested the durability or longevity of the D301 finishing wax. It leaves a great look but I just add a coat of UW after because I know it will last.

105 has the highest cut outta the bunch. 30-45 sec work time IME before it starts dusting.
UC has slightly less cut than 105 but finishes down just as well. Double or triple work time compared to 105 before dusting.
205 is a finishing polished to be used as a follow up to refine the paint after 105 or UC.
If I were you I would purchase all 3 because they each have their specific uses in different situations for each car.
