Default IS250, 2011 Matador red with ecru leather

My Lexus is less than a year old and there are several areas where I found some weird stains on the leather. It's a pale rusty/orange color, and two are on the seat (pale streaks down the middle), one on the corner of the seat next to my knee, and the third and worst is along the side of the seat, to the right of where I sit, and where there is no contact. The dealer said they can't remove it (had it for about 20 minutes). They took pictures, sent it to Lexus and they said they won't fix or replace it.
I could understand if it was where there was contact with clothes or skin, but in at least one case, there is no contact. I've attached two photos, hopefully they will provide some insight.
Thanks for any help/advice.

I would try a cleaner like Lexol first, if that doesn't work then get Leatherique! And after ALL of that (which is really extream) get the leather redied!
