Default How to remove liquid stain.

This past week when I picked up my car from the dealer there was a nasty dirt mark on my headliner. I have the pebble ecru tan interior and it's quite easy to spot any kind of dirt. Anyhow, I asked the detail guy to clean it up which he did with some purple liquid on a towel- it removed the dirt however left behind a residue mark/ stain from the cleaning solution. I asked him about it and he said it will disappear once it's dry....3 days later it is still there. Any idea how to remove it without spreading it? Thanks.

Don't let the dealer shed the responsibility. Make them correct it. They acknowledged that they caused it and tried to correct it. They may have removed some of the finish with that "purple liquid on a towel".

adams or sonax carpet cleaner , its clear. spray it on and scrub it with a small brush. U can use a microfiber towel to wipe it clean or use a shop vac to suck all the residue out.
