Polish Lip

Does anyone know the proper way of removing the clear coat and re polishing them? I have a set of wheels that suffer from some peeling and oxidation. Any help would be great. Thanks

I helped MV350 (Ian) do the wheels that he had on his red 2IS. We took aircraft stripper to kill the clear then hand polished them. It was pretty labor intensive but it looked awesome in the end
