Pittman Original ALR, which is not an OTC product. It can only be purchased online.
Availabity world wide.
The choices are greater when you need a polish
or a Resurfacing kit.
Availability is both OTC and online. 3M and Meguairs are popular brands but I have no first hand experience with either.
The biggest differance in the kits is some use a power drill and others are hand to lens.
Whether kits that require power tools are better than the hand kits depends on the condition of the individual headlight.
Each of your headlights can have its own unique problen, both do not always need the same approach, one may have physical damage and one may be oxidized.
You can only make that determination on site by sight and feel.

Oxidation- [COLOR="Blue"]is caused by ultra violet (UV) radiation drying out the plastizers in the polycarbonate. This debris can be removed with a chemical paint cleaner (Klasse AIO)
There are a few headlight renovation kits available (Meguiar's, 3M, Quixx Headlight Restoration Kit)
Surface damage - when the lens starts to exhibit an opaque appearance and then a yellow hue on the outside of the lenses, which is due to ultra violet radiation (UV) and / or surface scratches this can severely restrict the amount of light reaching the road and this becomes a safety issue as you rely on the vehicles lighting system to see what’s on the road ahead and adjust your driving accordingly.

That is irresponsible.
You don't have a clue to what it is you are talking about.
Both those statements are inacurate and only serve to confuse individuals who are looking for real answers.
I would hope that anyone who reads your post recognize it as some post you copied and pasted from some other confused indivual.
Oxidation is not caused by UV Rays.
Oxidation is not surface damage.
UV rays turn plastic yellow inside and out, UV damage permeates the lens itself, there is no known fix.
