Armor All's new spray is non greasy, and I've been using that and it's been working out perfectly. It starts out glossy and keeps it's shine for several days (if weather permits) while working it's way down to a matte finish. Once it rains you can forget it, but I'm very happy with Armor All and will stick with them, plus you can use it inside the car as well.

Right now I'm using Black Magic Titanium Tire Wet Spray. Works very well for me and lasts a long time. No rubbing or gettin grimey. Just point and shoot. The aerosol is alot more accurate than the foam sprays as well.

Been using Meg insane shine, it's ok, but not impressed. Also heard it's a nightmare when cleaning tire.
