Default carbon fiber part oxidation

what is the easiest way to get rid of oxidation on carbon fiber part?
power tool+scratch x 2.0??

I would think you could treat it like any other clearcoat if it's a quality part...

Gel Coats are a pain to polish since the hood is so soft. Proper CF hoods are stiff just like the metal counterparts. Which version do you have? There are certain steps you take in the soft mushy gel coat hood that bends. Post it up and I'll see what my experience taught me so I can pass it to you
