Default Bugs/rocks?

I have about a million small white specks on front bumper .. My dad says is from dead bugs... I've washed car many times but they don't come off. Nor does it feel like the bumper is pitteed/ chipped

Any recommendations as to what I should use to remove white specks? Would a cleaner wax work?
Trying to post pics but failing.

It looks like someone took whiteout and slung it across bumper.

Any products I can buy I'm up to try
My 460 is sorta dark grey/ mica?

It could be residue on the paint or it could be small chips filled with your wax. I'd start by trying clay to make sure the surface is clean and then wipe with a 5-10% IPA/water solution or a body solvent like Dupont's Prepsol. Protect the area with a sealant that doesn't leave a white residue when it dries. I know Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid wax is a sealant that doesn't dry white and there are others.
