So I was driving my friend's car and the pocket clip of my knife scraped the door. Is there anyway I can fix this? It is pretty deep and it's about 3-4 inches long. It just bugs the hell out of me seeing it.

I have seen various fixes, from getting a crayon of the same color, trying to draw over the line, then clean the rest up with a type of cleaner that will not eat plastic.
I have also seen people use heat guns to heat the plastic up and then try to mold it back.
I would just buy a new panel.

Your car dealership should be able to sort it out for you or give you a number to a mobile repairer.
They may not completely get rid of it, but will make it look a lot better.
I caught my keys that were attached to my belt on the inside of the door pillar while getting out of the car, it ripped the leather covering, they repaired it with a leather type filler then re sprayed it, you couldn’t seen were the repair had been done.
