Anyone used Wolfgang Paintwork Polish Enhancer

Never used the wolfgang paint polish enhancer... looks like its strictly a paint cleaner with no abrasives, hence it wont remove swirls or other below the surface defects.
I have used their swirl remover with a flex 3401 way back when and its a nice product.
What are you trying to achieve with your paint?
