I use a product called PERL. It is diluted and does not leave a residue or too much shine.

CarPro PERL (plastic, engine, rubber, leather) is also good stuff. It is not considered a cleaner, but rather a dressing. The surface should be completely clean before applying PERL.

Common uses/dilution ratios (PERL:Water):
External Trim/Plastic - 1:1-3
Engine Trim/Plastic - 1:1-3
Tires/Rubber - Neat (glossy) or 1:1
Interior Vinyl & Leather - 1:5

CarPro Perl is a great product I use it on my tires.
