Arrow Cleaning the rims...

Hi, I have silver polished rims with machined lip, all, I believe, clear coated. What is a good product to clean them? I live in an apartment bulding and do not have a garage, so I need something that doesn't require [hosing off]. I just found something called WheelWax. Is this product something anyone here have used?

Thanks,

Ed

NO!

If you want to clean you are going to need water. Find a friend who will let you use their hose, find a self-serve car wash. You get fine bits of breaks, dirt, and who knows what on your rims. When you rub them with a cloth or otherwise you are going to rub the grit around, just like taking sand paper to them.
