Default Hand Polish 2002 ES

Just finished using Wolf's HB on my new RX-350. Now my wife wants me to clean up her 2002 ES 300. It has 165K and body is in good shape. I need a recommendation for a high quality polish I can use by hand application. Any suggestion about a final coating? I liked the Wolf's HB but would like to consider something else.

Thanks
Joe

You can use any polish by hand... although as cheap as DA polishers are today, I'm not sure why you wouldn't just buy one and save your self hours and hours of time while getting much better results than you will ever get doing it by hand.

There are some great package deals out there from Detailers Domain (see link below) and other online retailers that combine DA machines + appropriate pads + professional quality products for amazingly low prices! You can and will see professional quality results with packages like the one I have listed below, and you'll be blown away by how much time you'll save and how much better your results will be. I would highly recommend picking up some of these tools and products - they will last you for a very long time and are a necessary tool to have for properly maintaining your vehicles.

Griot's Garage 6 inch Random Orbital Polisher Swirl Remover Kit

22ple is a great coating that is very easy to use and looks/performs great!

Opti-Coat 2.0 is also a popular permanent coating that is very nice.

I know man ^^^ And this in no way refers to the OP, but I cannot believe some people opt out to polish by hand when a good DA is like a hundred bucks... good god, I have screw drivers that cost more than that. Just buy a DA and a few pads and polish and take your results WAY beyond what you will ever do by hand, not to mention the time and effort you will save.

Exactly - and just like any quality tool, it will last you a very long time! So if you plan to own cars, it is a no brainer... it's just something you need to have and learn to use.

Yeah I think the Giot's DA has a lifetime warranty? That makes it even sweeter.
