Pinnacle review on older, neglected finish
I finally got a nice day yesterday to try out my pinnacle Souveran kit http://www.pinnaclewax.com./liqsouvconwa.html . First the car wash (ho hum, seems to be pretty good, but the car still looked ashy and faded), then the Paintwork Cleanser - WOW, Daddy-O was right, this was the biggest difference, car looked smooth and glossy afterward, almost all fading and minor scratches disappeared. In the past, I have used Meguiar's professional products and FireGlaze (big favourite among detail shops here), but nothing brought life back to paint like this stuff did. Biggest problem areas were the trunk lid, with a myriad of scratches when I changed the medallions, and the hood, with a large amount of scratches and swirl marks. The included microfiber towels and applicators were also put to good use. The Souveran liquid was almost anti-climactic after the huge change of the Paintwork cleanser, but it definitely added some depth. Well worth the cost of the material and the time invested.
Hood Shots (Before and after)
Rear-Quarter Shots (Before and after)
Deep and Glossy
Next step, another coat of wax when I get back from vacation.
Thanx

edit- Hmm, why wont the pics fire up?
