deep curb scratched my BUMPER!!!!!advice anyone?
hi guys,
I was parking my car, went a little forward, and my bumper slid against a narrow dip which was unnoticeable. The bottom scratched about 5 inches from left to right. With paint flakes. ARGGGH!
What do you guys recommed for me? Should I use black touch up paint for my black car, then buff it ? What do you guys normally do besides leaving it as is?
thanks alot.

Go ahead and use the black touch-up paint. build up several layers and then get some 600 wet and dry sandpaper. Wrap the sandpaper around a small block of wood and wet-sand the new paint down to the level of the original paint. THEN buy some touch up CLEAR COAT paint and apply to the new paint and feather it into the existing paint. That's about all you can do.
