That is a good question. Probably best to ask that on the Optimum forums. We haven't had a case where we applied OC Pro on top of OC 2.0 so I don't have first hand experience how that will work. I am thinking it should be fine if you look at it as "rejuvenating" the existing coating. My guess is, if it's fine to add a supplemental coat of OC 2.0 later down the road without needing to polish off the existing coat, than this should be fine as well. But with Opti Coat's durability, it is really almost a moot point to go through the trouble of obtaining the Pro version. I doubt you will see a huge enough difference. O.C 2.0 is so good that you'll most likely see diminishing returns and wasting money on getting Pro. If you already have it, than I guess you might as well use that, but O.C 2.0 will be fine for most people's needs.

i see your point, then the wife's RX will be the lucky recipient of the OC Pro.

My car just got done getting its first coast of Gtechniq C1, it will be getting two coats of EXO tomorrow. I can't wait to see it!

If it lasts a year I will be very happy. My car will be an excellent test platform as its black, I drive 30k + miles a year, and I try my best to keep it clean the right way.
