Cheap touch up paint wanted
Where is the best cost effective place to buy a small bottle of touch up paint for my 1996 SC300? It is platinum metallic in color.
Thanks

1996 SC? Platinum metallic?
Check your color code.
There should be a sticker in the driver's side door sill.
It's probably 1A0 - Platinum...Which is a basecoat/clearcoat combo.
You're in NC, eh?
Call Leith, Fred Anderson, or Toyota of Durham. Check their prices.
They're probably cheaper than Johnson Lexus.

Thanks for the info, you were right about the code.
Can't join your meet - I got rheumatoid arthritis severely a year a go and have not driven for over twelve months - just bought the Lexus as it seems to be the easiest car to start driving again. So far am able to drive about 2 miles every second day. Hope to build this up with time! Just about to start some new medicine - enbrel - which hopefully will help a lot!
Have a good time!
