Scrape on bumper, help wanted!
https://www.clublexus.com/gallery/sh...=1&ppuser=6443
Those are 3 pictures of the scrapes on the front bumper of our es3. The scrape was their when the car was purchased, and I have no information about it other than that. It's not very deep but more on the surface. Any opinions or help on solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
(P.S. Flame on about the dirty lol, I washed it 2 weeks ago in 35 degree weather.)

Identical Car, Identical Scuff
Wow. That looks eerily familiar. I too, have a black/black '96 ES, and I scuffed the bumper in the exact same spot this past summer, hurriedly pulling into a pillar spot in the parking garage at work. I used a very fine grit 3M sandpaper, and then feathered in touchup paint from the dealer (I think the paint code is C20, don't hold me to that) Looks good except in direct sunlight, where you can tell the metallic interference is off, and the paint is raised a little. Had I known about Langka (a thinner for touchup paint), I'd have less of a raised-paint issue. I may try re-sanding and using spray from paintscratch.com when the weather warms up (yes, mine's salt covered as well here in NE Ohio).
That long front overhang will get you everytime, that front corner is well ahead of the wheels...
