Question Best cleaner for Platinum ES 300 wheels?

Sorry for yet another thread regarding wheels. Only had the vehicle for a few months and used a wheel cleaner that was supposedly ok for all wheel types. Left a haze on the first wheel I tried to clean. Still can't get a tiny bit of it off. Any recs for wheel cleaner, polish, restorer, etc.?

Thanks

and also tell us what exact product you used that caused the issues in the first place.

I take my wheels off the car once a year, clean them inside and out and apply a sealant. I only use wheel & tire cleaning chemicals at this time. Throughout the rest of the year I just use regular car wash soap for cleaning. I do use Meguiars Quik Wheel Detailer after every wash which leaves them very slick and so avoid brake dust sticking problems. Seems to work well.

Here is a photo on a 22 year old MR2 wheel to show just how well this method works over time.
