Yep... was in very poor shape, but we did what we could with it. 2 step correction and CQuartz Classic.

Honestly don't remember.

I'm pretty sure the center caps did not say Foose on them, but I didn't look too closely.

Here's another shot in the sunlight. A good test to check for swirls and haze. I think this came out pretty clean.
