Default holes & dirty paint :(
I already ordered proper sized fitting retainer clips that I've painted/clear'd. So my question is how do I go about shaving down the nipples so when I put the retainer clips in they will fit flush?

In regards to the paint, only the front bumper is like this... any advice besides having it resprayed?
