Getting Wax Haze out of Cladding
Sorry if this topic was disgusted here before.
I did a search without any past posts on the subject.
I own a 2012 black RX350 and have a terrible time trying to keep the white wax haze
off the lower cladding, (rocker panels and the lower bumper panels) after waxing
my beloved Lexus.
So far I been using a stiff tooth brush and is very time consuming.
Anyone have any ideas??
Thanks in advance

It is definitely time consuming to remove wax residue/stains from plastic or other vulnerable areas. I find that diluted rubbing alcohol and a brush or microfiber towel will usually remove it, but the best tip I can give you is be more careful when applying your wax!
It is not that difficult to wax a vehicle without staining any of the trim. If you want to, you can tape off the areas of concern so you can be as wild with your application as you want, but I would simply suggest taking your time and being aware of your surroundings.
If all else fails, stop using a wax that stains trim and pickup something that will not stain trim... examples are:
P21S 100% Carnauba Wax
CG Hardcore Paste Wax
Collinite 845 Liquid Wax

Perhaps you might try using a product that doesn't stain trim. From personal experience, I can recommend Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax. This is a non-trim staining sealant that looks good and lasts a long time. In fact, I use it as a trim dressing on my vehicles. Meg's is available nearly everywhere from Walmart to auto supply stores.
