amazing results
Be careful with that stuff... just did a search for the msds sheet.

III. PHYSICAL

Appearance: White, thick liquid
Odor: Lemon
Solubility in water: Contains insoluble solids
pH (100%): 2.0
Specific gravity: 1.3
^pH of 2.0... that is very acidic! I'd be afraid of what it would do to nearby paint or trim.

Just a word of warning... I haven't ever used it, just read through the chemical sheet and figured I would share.

...See warning above...

I'm sure there are many products that would "work well"... but you have to consider what is also going to be safe for all surrounding areas.

What works best for me to remove 13 year old water spots is polishing with Meguairs M100 compound. I have completely removed almost all water spots no matter how severe the edging is. I have documented this on detailing a 13 year old Camry that has never been washed thread.

What would you recommend on a new vehicle to prevent water marks?

1. Dry your car after you wash it.
2. Do not wash your car in the sun.
3. Stay away from sprinklers.
4. Protect your car with sealant or paint coating.
