Default Looking for a detailer in SoCal

Picked up a brand new GS 350 F SPORT.
Few questions.

#1. Is a good idea to detail a brand new car?
#2. There are few glue residue on the car while dealer took of the wrappings.
Hard to come off will detail clean this off?
#3. Any recommended auto detailers in Socal 626-818-323 area codes?

I would recommend getting a Detail first then I would apply some type of Paint Coating like #GYEON QUARTZ, #CQUARTZ.. This will protect your paints from harsh elements. There some threads on here with those brands and coatings..
Thank you

Yes, it is a great idea to have a brand new car detailed. I do many new car preps each year, and in most cases, brand new cars still require a lot of work.

There are tons of great detailers in your area.

I'd highly recommend using this list of Authorized CQuartz Finest installers to find a highly qualified individual in your area.

Let me know if you've got any questions.

Prices range GREATLY depending on the condition of your vehicle and what service you are interested in.

I'd highly recommend calling some of the places in your area and discussing your concerns regarding your vehicle and allow them to explain the best service to get your car back into shape.

If you're seeking a multi-step paint correction and protective paint coating, you should be prepared for over $1,000

Please read my previous comment more carefully.

If the car is brand new with low miles and is in nearly perfect shape, you will not need the amount of work that I mentioned.

Hey Ty,

I just purchased a new 2015 GS Fsport as well and thinking of having Eric @ Envious a try. Below are the costs he provided me. Maybe we can get a deal for 2 cars. I just scheduled w/ him for Saturday 1/10/15 and might just do a 1 step. Don't really wanna spend $750+ for detail.

Hey alan,

Congrats on the new car! Lexus paint is super nice to work with!

New car prep would include a wash, clay, polishing steps and sealant wax. of course adding cquartz finest is a much better option for harder, more durable protection. Most people are opting for it!

Pricing is as follows:
One step 300
Two step 450
Three step 900
Coating + 450
Clear bra std 650
Clear bra full front 1600
Wrapped edges 200

Let me know what you would like to do and when you want to do it!

I look forward to working on your car and getting it protected for you!

Those prices are very reasonable for that type of high end work. Perhaps you're not fully aware of what you're paying for.

Ty,

Maybe we can get a couple more peoples in to get a better deal. Anyone else interested? I heard nothing but good things about his services. He is located in Santa Ana, CA 92705. What do you think?

See my previous comment.

I'd highly recommend speaking with Eric directly about his services and allowing him to explain the value in his work versus other, lower cost alternatives. High end detailing is an art (specifically paint correction)... And those who have mastered it are worth the money.

If you have any specific questions about the overall detailing or correction process I would be happy to shed some light on it.
