I ran over some road paint, and it splashed onto the right side of my car. Is there something out there like in a auto shop that can get this off??/

Welcome to ClubLexus.
I moved this thread to our Automotive Care & Detailing forum.
There is a product called overspray clay. It will remove the paint.
It's easy to use and you can do it yourself in less than 30 minutes.
Here's some info on clay bars:

Good luck.

I think Daddy-O has the best answer, In the past I have used PPG's DX-330 AcryliClean, if It is REAL bad, you could use a very small amount of laquer thinner and be very very very carefull...but I wouldn't recommend that!
