the neighbors think I'm nuts
I washed my SC4 twice in 2 days - -
Well, hey, it got rained on and had water spots! Plus, I had a job that required me to drive down a street next to a superfund site, and there was a narrow tunnel I had to drive through, and this ugly greenish yellow slime was dripping out of the top of the tunnel, and by the time I got home it had dried into this crusty deposit.
Then there was the bird doodie- -
The neighbor knows none of this, of course, he just thinks I'm a compulsive wacko -

I'm glad I'm not the only one that does this. I might be even more nuts. I wash/wax every 2-3 days. I tire dress inner and outer tires (crawling under the car) and I polish all under steering rods as well so when people see me in front/rear, it will be a clean ride.

Hehe, in the fall, spring and summer seasons I keep a crate full of cleaners and what not in my trunk. Usually when I wait for take-out or something, I go out to my car, dust off and condition the interior, quick-detail spray dirty spots around my car, and/or maybe even polish my headlights, while everyone else is waiting inside

yeah...hey its good to keep your car in nice shape. My whole neighborhood thinks im crazy. I wash my car basicly every weekend. We all just love to keep our lexus's clean

Wow i would do the same but it's seems to break my heart everytime i wash my car because it is black and everytime i wash it i seem to notice swirls sooner or later...it is heartbreaking to see swirls and it usually ruins my day. I heard bout swirl removers (zaino) and all but i know they'll be back when i wash later. i don't know what i'm doing wrong?! i'm using soft wash mitts, rinse with a separate bucket, quality soap, wash in shade or during sunset, and dry with absorber..(might be that) but yea i wish i can wash my car as often if swirls weren't a concern.

Have any of you guys actually HEARD your neighbors say it.....my neighbor was outside and his daughter was watching me detail my car and take a couple pics of it while it was still nice and he told her "that kid is crazy!!"
