How to get rid of water stains?

Did you dry the vehicle after washing? This will eliminate the possibility of staining.
Chances are if there are stains on your windshield, there are also stains on your paint. Hard water can cause tremendous damage to paint, so it would be best to inspect and identify any other potential issues, too.

My car is eminent pearl white.
I actually dried the paint first, then headlights, then rims, and the glass windows last. The water dried a bit when I was about to dried the glass windows. My car was in the open sun too.

There is your problem... don't wash your car in direct sunlight.
If there are times of the day when you have a shaded area to work in, use it.
Otherwise, wash at dawn or dusk when the sun is very low in the sky. Heck, I wash my own car at night quite often during the warmer months.
For now, search the forum on the many many many threads about how to remove water spots from glass and you'll likely find a solution that will work for you.
Let me know if you have any specific questions.
