leather restorer?

Only leather restorer that works for seats like yours is a pick/pull place. I had seats so bad I used a whole role of duct tape to keep them together. I faithfully watch all the local(there are three) Pick/Pull places and get there the first day I see a ls400. I found a beautiful set of seats and pulled all the seats and bolster for $120 or so.

The arm rest and drivers seat bottom are beyond leather treatment, but the rest of the leather will greatly benefit from a Leatherique application. The arm rest you can restore that yourself by wet sanding, cleaning then painting with SEM Classic Coat. You may have to use a filler on the cracks depending on how the sanding process goes.
SEM 17293 Ivory is a close match, use the SEM soap and leather prep before painting. BTW there will be the detractors that say there are better products versus Leatherique I've tried many other leather treatments Leatherique is superior to all of them. It cleans and restores leather with very minimal abrasion/scrubbing. Great product.
