I saw a video that said after you wipe down the 22PLE with a micro fiber towel that you have to throw that towel away and also you have to throw the applicator away. Is this true?

Yes. The same coating on your paint that hardened will harden on the towel too. You don't want to be using the same cloth to wipe down panels otherwise you might as well use sandpaper. lol It's not exclusive to 22PLE either. Carpro, GTechniq, etc will all tell you to do the same.

Oh wow so this is probably going to get very expensive since I planned on doing one panel at a time due to time constraints. $5 per applicator per panel is instanity.

Guys, I have been coating cars for years and have yet to ruin a towel by removing a coating.... simply keep a bucket with a gallon of water and some all-purpose cleaner diluted in it, and toss your towels into the bucket immediately after using them. Then wash the towels in the washing machine when you are finished. Should be no issues, but it is always a good idea to check them thoroughly after the wash.

As for applicators, use CarPro CQuartz Applicator blocks and suede towels to apply the product. You will need 1 block and a couple small towels (or buy a 16"x16" towel and cut it up into 4"x4" towels).

Yea, that's what I normally do. Toss into a bucket of soapy solution, but I demote the towels to wiping down engine bays. lol.

Can you do a Carbon Fiber wrap like let say on the roof of a car that has been coated with nano coating such as Cquartz Finest or any other similar type? Or they would have to polish off the coating first before putting the Carbon fiber wrap on the surface?

I've never tried vinyl wrap on top of a coating, but people apply clear bra over top of coatings all the time without issue. I know they adhesives are probably quite different with vinyl vs. clear bra, so you could try it out and let us know if it works or not.
